Personal R&D / process work — NOT client work. Generic product concepts created to develop and document a repeatable AI ad workflow.
A five-part series documenting how I take a product from idea to a ready-to-post short-form ad: Grok for script, hooks and creative direction; Sora (Storyboard) for scene-by-scene generation; finishing for vertical platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
Full short-form product ad: script, scene-by-scene storyboard, camera moves and pacing built for vertical.
Alternate hooks for the first three seconds, script and scene-structure variants, and audience/platform versions — the same concept turned into a testable set.
Defining message, hook, pacing and story before production, then using Sora Storyboard + Grok to control tone before the edit and generate variations for testing.
Deliverables: 15-second script, scene-by-scene storyboard, hook + pacing for vertical, text overlays and a cover-thumbnail concept.

Point of view: tools speed up production, but results come from strategy — audience, message, brand consistency and a clear hook come before any prompt.
Personal R&D cinematic short generated with Sora: a ~10-second food-film sequence (ash reshteh) built shot by shot — macro ingredient pours, garnish beats and a character reveal — to test how far AI video can carry cinematic lighting, texture and pacing in a vertical format.

Process: started from a phone photo of everyday air-freshener plug-ins on a laundry shelf, spotted a "face" in the object, then used AI image generation with art direction to turn it into a character, hero key art and ad layouts (banner + social). Personal R&D spec concept — not client work.
